ELIGIBLITY:
Students, Academicians, Research Scholars and Educators from the fields of Law, Arts and Management may submit their articles.
THEME
“Nyaya Dishaa” a monthly newsletter which comprises of articles on variety of subjects around law. This is an amazing platform for the students to project their opinions on various social issues and also to develop a profound understanding of the laws existing in our country. Nyaya Dishaa not only consists of articles written by students but also has interviews of renowned judges and advocates from various High Courts and the Supreme Court. These articles provide a multi-dimensional perspective to the students and are helpful to them in variety of other ways.
WORD LIMIT & NATURE OF SUBMISSION:
“Nyaya Dishaa” invites original, unpublished content, ideas, and opinions from the authors between 300-350 words.
[Note: Please don’t submit more than one submission until or unless your submission shall be disqualified.]
FORMATTING GUIDELINES:
The submission must be formatted according to the following specifications:
Headings:
Headings and subheadings be in Bold and in capital
Font size should be 12 and Font should be Times New Roman.
Body of the Article:
The submission must be word processed and font in Times New Roman.
The main text should be in font size 12.
A line spacing of 1.5 should be followed for the main text.
All text should be justified.
References :
References can be mentioned at the end of the article.
AUTHORSHIP:
A maximum of one co-author is allowed. Submissions with more than two authors will be disqualified.
PLAGIARISM POLICY:
All the submissions submitted for the publication to ‘Nyaya Dishaa’ must be plagiarism free. We may use any software to find out the plagiarism. But it is the duty of the contributors to assure the originality before the submission. Our editors review the content before it gets published.

COPYRIGHT LICENSING AGREEMENT:
All the submissions selected for publication in our newsletter are bound to enter into a copyright licensing agreement with the ‘Nyaya Dishaa’. The said agreement will be transferring certain rights in favour of the newsletter. We will be sending a soft copy of the said agreement to the shortlisted submissions and they have to take a print out and then they will have to sign it and email us a scanned copy of the said agreement along with the articles and short bio-data, soft copy of passport size photo of the contributors at publications@indoreinstituteoflaw.org

Submissions should be mailed to publications@indoreinstituteoflaw.org in MS Word doc. or docx. Format, with the subject of the mail as “Submission of Article for Nyaya Disha”
[NOTE: Any submission in PDF or other formats or hard copy will not be accepted.]
The body of the email must contain the Soft copy of Passport Photo of the Author(s), Name of the Author(s), contact number, academic year (if applicable), qualifications (if applicable), title of the Article, and any others details if applicable.

Writer/ Author agree that:
Submission of the manuscript does not mean the automatic acceptability for publication. The manuscript shall be rejected if contributors do not follow the citation guideline, formatting guidelines. The article shall be accessible, worldwide through newsletter website. The manuscript shall be published in electronic form only no print copy shall be available. The Editor-in-Chief shall have the final authority to accept or reject any manuscript, in order to keep and uphold the sanctity and standard of the newsletter;
